App Policies

Here you can find all policies regarding the ProRoom App and its integrations to various services. Use the contact form if you have questions about our service.

The ProRoom App is part of the ProRoom retail sales system, containing many features, including CRM functionality, survey system, SMS and email automation and much more.

The ProRoom App is only available to users with a company subscription to the ProRoom service. 

GDPR
The ProRoom App has built in GDPR compliance and each user can in their Company Settings decide which data to store and how long any contact data is stored, to ensure compliance. Users are responsible for their own adding of data and are advised to keep GDPR compliance at all times. Read our Privacy Policy here

Data Storage
The data storage of the ProRoom App is within the EU and adheres to EU GDPR standards, as well as security and disaster recovery standards. Contact our privacy officer at gc@proroom.dk for more information as needed.

Google Workspace and Gmail integration
ProRoom App customers are companies that may have Google Workspace and thereby Gmail as their company email system. The Google Mail integration allows ProRoom App customers, to connect their email to their account and send automated emails on their behalf. 

The ProRoom App’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Who is requesting Google user data? The ProRoom app only uses Google user verification to send email from that users account. 
  • What data are you requesting? Only user verification data is stored securely in the ProRoom app. 
  • Why are you requesting Google user data? User authorization with Google is necessary to send emails on the behalf of the user. 

HubSpot Integration
HubSpot users can connect their HubSpot account to the ProRoom App to automate transfer of sign-up and visitor data to HubSpot. No data from HubSpot is saved in the ProRoom App, except verification data to log into HubSpot. The integration is controlled via the options in the ProRoom App User Profile. 

Microsoft 365 Integration
Microsoft users can connect their email account to automate emails to their contacts in adherence with Microsoft API policies. No data is saved in the ProRoom App except account verification, to allow continued connection to their API.
